Keep in mind that it takes time for hair to grow. You will not notice results immediately as it takes time to restore follicle health and then for the new strands of hair to grow. Indications of Use For Red Light Hair Growth System
The YouLumi Red Light Cap device is indicated to treat androgenic alopecia and promote hair growth in both men and women.
The progression of male pattern baldness is generally classified on the Norwood-Hamilton Scale. The red light cap device is indicated for males who have Norwood-Hamilton Classifications of Class IIa to V and Fitzpatrick Skin Types I to IV.
For Men Norwood-Hamilton Categories:
The progression of female pattern baldness is generally classified on the LudwigSavin Scale. The red light cap device is indicated for females who have Ludwig-Savin Class-ifications of Class I to II and Fitzpatrick Skin Types I to IV.
Suitable for Women Ludwig-Savin Category:
To determine your classification of male or female pattern baldness, match your appearance of hair loss to the images from the Norwood-Hamilton Scale or Ludwig-Savin Scale that best resemble your hair appearance. If your male pattern baldness or female pattern baldness falls in the classifications of IIa to V on the Norwood-Hamilton Scale (for men) and classifications of I to II on the Ludwig-Savin Scale (for women), the red light cap device is indicated for you. If your Fitzpatrick Skin Type Classification is Type I to IV (Please see below for Fitzpatrick Skin Grades), the device is indicated for you.

How to Use Red Light Cap Device
You should use the YouLumi red light cap device for 20 minutes, every other day, on non-consecutive days. Use the red light cap for 16 weeks. Once the 16-week period is completed, use as frequently as needed to maintain the desired results without exceeding every other day for 20 minutes.
(1)Short press the (ON/OFF) button. When the host is turned on, the default setting is P1 mode/time of 45 minutes, and All light modes (630nm+850nm+940nm) are turned on. (NOTE: After shutting down and turning it on again, the host will return to the initial setting mode. This device does not have a memory function)
(2)Shortly press the time button to adjust minutes, 05-30 minutes adjustable (each press increases by 5 minutes). The default working time is 20 minutes.
(3)Short press this button to adjust the energy (the wattage will also change at the same time), P1-P5 are adjustable. (Please refer to the following table)
(4)Short press this mode button, the LED screen displays "630", press it again to display "ALL" (630nm+850nm+940nm).
(5)Short press this frequency button, the first time it will display "10 HZ", the second time it will display "40 HZ", the third time it will display "H" (breathing modes).
(6)To turn off the device, press the power ON/OFF button on the controller. Unplug the power adapter from the electrical outlet. Pull from the plug and not the cord to avoid damaging the adapter and cord from the tension. The display may remain turned on due to residual capacitance (leftover charge). It will shut off automatically after several seconds.
What Is Pulsing In Red Light Therapy?
Pulsing refers to light that flashes at a certain frequency, which gives the skin time to cool down, rather than a steady application of continuous light. The frequency of pulsing is measured in Hertz (Hz), which means cycles per second.
Red light therapy has two pulse modes: 10HZ and 40HZ, respectively.
